I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I made my own matching card and glued the main on to it. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.

Birthday Fun Times - approx. card size - 7 in. x 5 in. - Sheets printed onto quality matte photo paper.
White base cardstock used, selected turquoise cardstock as background. Glued topper onto black then onto the turquoise. Layered with double sided mounting tape.
Added mini diamond and turquoise diamond adhesive gems and sentiment tag. Card includes matching envelope.
