I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems, glitter, and a sentiment. A gorgeous design.

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I placed my chosen sentiments onto the card also using foam pads.
There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
