I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. A brilliant card that is very easy to make and suitable for many occasions.
Cut out all images, matted main image on pink shiny card, using foam pads added all on there decoupage. Added glitter and insert, perfect card for any age, who doesn’t love a cup cake.
