I printed on to 250gsm for the card and 160gsm for the outer flap, envelope and layers. I cut out the main card piece and scored where necessary. I cut out the outer flap and adhered to the front of the card with wet glue. I added the layers with foam pads.
I cut out the envelope pieces and scored the sides. I then adhered together with wet glue.
