A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper onto an A5 plain card with 3 in 1 glue. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect.
