Romantic Vintage Dress & Red Roses Corsage Octagon Card

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and cut to shape. Layered all elements. Added glitter, gems, a lace bow , a glitter pearl and a sentiment. A gorgeous design.
