I matted co-ordinating paper onto an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card and mounted my topper after cutting each section separately.
I printed out twice to make pyramid layers for a more 3D effect.
I added card candy and tied pink ruffle ribbon round the spine threaded with pearls to keep the ruffles in place
