I printed onto quality card then cut out.and added the base design to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,Lots of age options on this humorous design.
Oh that sentiment is soooo true! I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements, assembled the card using spongy tape, mounted it onto light green mat and added the greeting..
