I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added my own words to the blank tag. A fabulous design, perfect for those difficult to make for teens.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces then mounted the main image onto a 7x7" card.
I added the layers using sticky pads. I completed the card with the Happy Birthday caption.
