I printed the image onto glossy photo card and then attached to 250 gsm card. I layered on the decoupage to give it a 3D feel and added the number 4. I also made a mini card for the gift tag.
another fantastic card ,printed then cut out i used a white card for this then with FT stuck in the insert as well as the base used 3Dfoam pads for the decoupage and for the sentiment, used yellow glitter for the flames.
