I mounted the insert onto a 7 x 7 white scalloped edge card and added the top frame using sticky pads.

I decoupaged all the pieces with sticky pads and printed out the insert again to add to the inside of my card.

I prefer to do it this way rather than cut out an aperture in my card. I finished off with 2 punched butterflies
