This lovely topper will be suitable for a variety of occasions. Will fit on an 8 x 8inch card blank but it can be easily made smaller in any graphic program. 3 A4 sheets with choice of sentiments, decoupage, matching insert and gift card

Printed onto matt photopaper, cut out main image and attached to a white card blank, I added decoupage with glue gel and finished off with some glitter gemstones
I printed the card elements onto 230gsm photo paper and the insert onto 100gsm paper and cut out all the pieces.
I attached the main image onto a white/blue base card and added the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.
I embellished using blue glitter bows (cup534096_2013).
A very cute card which is easy to make and sure to make someone very happy
