Kittens & Flower Baskets Aperture Mini Kit - Tabby Tina
To accompany my Puppies, Posies & Shoes range of Mini Kits, I am introducing Kittens & Flower Baskets, which I hope you will enjoy too.
These kits have all you need to make a delightful aperture card, featuring cute cats and beautiful baskets of floral arrangements. They are easy to make, come with picture instructions and the baskets make gorgeous toppers in their own right. They are suitable for lots of occasions and include greetings for birthday, anniversary, mother's day etc as well as blank.
They also come with a matching bookmark which you can include as a little extra gift.
This design has the sweetest little fluffy tabby kitten, beside a delightful box of pastel blue roses and lilies. Perfect for flower lovers AND cat lovers!!!

I mounted onto an A5 white pearl card with a punched corner. I cut a slit to the punched corner, slotting the bottom right corner of my topper through the slit. I added the top frame using thick sticky pads and decoupaged all the pieces.
I added my sentiment to the top left and finished off with a fine gold elasticated bow to the spine.
This is a beautiful design for all cat lovers
I printed this onto 200gsm glossy photo card and assembled it a bit differently to the instructions. I cut out the back image (the cat) and backed it with dark blue card and then mounted this onto an 8"x 8" white card.
I then cut out the front layer and layered it on with 1mm sticky pads to give a sense of depth.
I decoupaged the flowers with silicone glue and added sentiments as shown. Beautiful design, definitely suitable for decoupage lovers, but well worth the efffort!
