added the colour around the sentiment tag before I printed on matte card ,wet glued to a matching base card used foam squares to add the decoupage highlighted with glitter glue then printed the insert and matching envelope to complete.

I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto white card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. A name can be added if required. A gorgeous design.
