Hanging Mobile Cool Blue PenguinCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Animals
I printed all the pages of this kit onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I assembled the penguin as per the instructions and added the decoupage pieces using foam pads. To finish I added a ribbon to the top for hanging.
A very striking penguin which will be loved by all who receive it!!
