I printed this kit onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I scored, folded and assembled the file as required, adding the inserts using a wet glue. I finished by adding the strap and buckle.

I am more than a little impressed by the continuity of the pattern from the flap onto the front. A lovely file which will be useful for all manner of things and it is very easy to make too.
