Very easy to make. Just attach the card topper to an 8" card blank. Fold the flaps on the pocket over and stick to the card base with tape or glue. Choose a combination of tags to pop in the pocket. Add decoupage & your own embellishments. The card front can be printed twice to use as an insert.
