I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I assembled the card following the easy instructions and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...this is a gorgeous design and so easy to make.
I printed out sheets onto heavyweight matt photopaper, cut out and folded as directed, attached ribbon, adhered front and back sheets together with wet glue, then added decoupage with foam pads, and finished with red gems to Westie's hat.
A cute festive design.
