Groovy 60s Birthday Card FrontCompleted by Lynn Butters

printed onto smooth card. mounted onto base card. cut out elements and used glossy accents on them. used glitter pen to highlight. added greeting to bottom left. a great card for anyone who remembers the sixties fondly.
