I printed out this sheet onto good quality white card stock. Then I cut out all of the elements and adhered them to the card using 1/8" double-sided sticky foam. I then chose a sentiment tag and added that in the space provided.

I placed the topper onto a piece of dark green card stock after I used a punch to add the scalloped edging.

Then I added a silk rose in her hair, and flat backed pearls to bring the card a bit of sparkle.

A quick card to make, and very lovely when completed!
