I printed this as A5 size (5" x 7" approx.) and mounted at an angle onto a piece of red card 9" x 7" which I had folded in half to become 4 1/2" x 7".
Using gold corners and edging and a few red and gold parcels to add interest, I decoupaged the top name and attached with silicone glue.
