Printed this cute design onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto a large dl card with tape and then added the layer using foam pads. Added glitter and gems.
I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the main image to a large white DL card using DST, then used glue gel to add the decoupage panel.
Decorated the card with silver snowflakes and a gold star, then finished by adding its matching insert.
