By default, the card says "Happy Birthday". But 4 included rose-illustrated sentiment tags are sized to cover that if you wish and say: For You, With Love, and Best Wishes, with the final tag being left blank for your own sentiment.
This sheet gives you the full DL card front, a layer of main decoupage, and an extra rose if you want it.
A matching insert and background is available if you'd like, and as with all my designs, you're welcome to sell anything you make from this sheet once you've printed it out.
