The main graphic I outlined in as close a green as I had in the HB sign and mounted all on a base of white CS.
The decoupage was then cut out and mounted with foam pads. For embellishments, I added a googly eye to Mrs.
Turtle and 3 tiny black gems to each of the little ones (eyes). Lastly, I added 3 orange pearls in upper left corner. What a joy to make these happy birthday cards!
