This is a scalloped over the top rocker card.

Main rocker card.
Topper with decoupage.

There are 5 sentiments to choose from for the front of the card - 3 are in English and 2 in Spanish.
The insert has no text.
The finished card measures roughly 18cm x 15cm or roughly 7 inches by 6 inches.

I have made this card up as a plate rather than a rocker just to show what else can be done with the design. I copied to glossy premeium paper even for the envelope. I cut out all the elements and used sticky pads to build up the decoupage. I slightly glittered the leaves and the butterfly. I used bronze glitter around the white flowers and in the center of the large roses. I added the insert to the back cutting it as a circle.
This is a really rich design which can be used in many ways, worth buying because of it's versatility.
