I printed the main box sheets onto 250gsm white card, and the recipe and meal sheets onto 160gsm card. I scored, cut out and assembled the box ( I did not print a backing sheet).

I then cut out and inserted the meal and recipe cards and finished with the box wrap. A great idea for sharing recipes with different people - give them as gifts or sell them with recipes for yourself or for any charity.
