printed onto smooth card. cut out all elements. mounted base picture onto 8x8 card. added each of the layers using 1mm foam pads. used glossy accents on "buttons" top left and right. added organza bow to center. added gems to bows centers and flowers at bottom at each side. finally added greeting. this could also be for a birthday.
