I printed onto good quality card, cut and folded as required. I made the tea bag rossette out of 8 squares and mounted on the left. I added a brad in the centre.

The snowflake topper was too intricate for me to cut out so I mounted some peel off snowflakes onto the remaining tea bag squares and mounted them as shown.

This is really effective. You could also put 2 tea bag rosettes on if required, one at the side and one at the back
