I used an A3 white card folded portrait and i rounded the corners.

I cut the backing sheet approximately 2cm smaller all around then the card and again i rounded the corners and using double sided tape attached to the front.

I cut out the rose image and attached the off white gathered lace to the back using extra strong tape then i layered this onto the plain red backing paper using foam pads and added more lace to the back of this too.

Attach this to the front of the card using foam pads and decoupage the rose with 2 layers using 3D gel.

I layered a sentiment onto another piece of the red backing paper then added to the bottom of the card with foam pads.

Using the 2 roses with bows to add to the bottom left and right corners and the 2 bows to the top left and right corners using 3D gel to attach.

To embelish i added clear round gems to the 2 top and bottom bows.
