I printed my first one out onto card that was too thin. This, and the fact that my rubber band was too tight made it all bend and pucker at the sides.

I started again, this time using Crafty Bob's 250 gram smooth matte card and found this to be perfect, plus a rubber band that was a little bigger and I had cracked it.

These really are so simple once you get the right thickness card and the right size rubber band. It is all trial and error but once you know what size rubber band to use it is plain sailing.

The results speak for themselves once the reciever opens the envelope and out it pops in your face. They will be so amazed. I do not normally print out my envelopes but this is a must for this lovely and unique gift. The matching gift tag completes the set perfectly
