I printed the inner of the card onto 160gsm card and the other sheets onto 200gsm photo paper. I assembled the card as per the instructions as far as I could- I do not have any badge pins at the moment so I just slotted the 'badge' into the slot.
This is a great card which is great fun to make but is also quite easy to make too.
