OFL Birthday balloons
This DL shaped card has an open front with letters which say 'Happy Birthday'. The BIRTHDAY part has a background included but you can cut the spaces out for a more see through effect.
It measures 22.5cm x 10cm and has a matching envelope.

I printed onto 200gsm gloss card and scored, as necessary, before cutting out. I assembled the card using wet glue and added the bow and sentiments using foam pads. A striking card that is very easy to make and sure to impress.
