I mounted the card front onto an 8 x 8 cream scalloped edge card and decoupaged using sticky pads. I added the matching insert using double sided tape and added the back panel. I tied some cream tassels down the spine to finish off my card.

I made up the matching gift envelope following the easy instructions and added tassels to match the card. I fastened with a Velcro fastener and decoupaged using sticky pads. This is so easy to make and makes a lovely set for a very special birthday. There are plenty of decoupage pieces for both the card and gift envelope for a lovely 3D effect.
