Giant Easel Tableau 3D Card Kit - Regatta
Here is my latest collection of 3D card kits.
These cards go together just like an easel card but have the added interest of a selection of elements which stand at the front of the base, giving added depth and 3D. Each kit comes with a selection of greetings and full instructions. Easy to make but with a real wow!! For others in the series just click on my name and enter tableau in the search box. A celebration of all things 'boat-ish'! From stately sailing yachts to scary rapids racing, this design is perfect for anyone with a love of boats! This card also has a slight twist in that it has a large shaped stacker included in the main image, as well as decoupaged sections.
For a great effect, try cutting out the printed background from the decoupaged yacht and replacing the 'rigging' with fine cord - looks amaziing if you have the time and patience!
As well as lots of the usual greetings tiles, this kit also includes a sentiment tile for Good Luck On Your Retirement.

i printed all the image sheet onto a heavyweight photo paper and cut out and assembled all the decoupage elements following the simple instructions as the back image is quite a large one i added a piece of blue pearl card to the back of the stand and the piece underneath the card just for added support..this is a fabulous image for male birthdays,retirement in fact lots of occasions i just love it!!
I printed this kit onto 180gsm card at half size and cut out all the pieces. I score and folded as required and assembled the card as per the instructions. I then added the decoupage, pyramage and sentiments using foam pads and tape.
A great kit which is easy to make up but it is not a quick project. The result, however, is stunning and well worth the extra effort.
