Giant Easel Tableau 3D Card Kit - Fisherman's Friend
Here is my latest collection of 3D card kits.
These cards go together just like an easel card but have the added interest of a selection of elements which stand at the front of the base, giving added depth and 3D. Each kit comes with a selection of greetings and full instructions. Easy to make but with a real wow!! For others in the series just click on my name and enter tableau in the search box. There is also a matching presentation box available.
For any man who loves fishing, this is the ideal card. In front of a beautiful photographic image of a riverbank, every fisherman's need is catered for! There's a fishing rod which you can fit with cord and dangle a hook from, a basket to take your catch home, a fish to be proud of and a friendly little robin helping out with the bait! Includes loads of greetings including 50, 60 and 70 years as well as retirement wishes, father's day and the regular happy birthday.

Printed onto good quality photo card and paper, cut out, scored and folded where instructed. All layers were built up using silicone glue and I added 2 of the many sentiments provided.
I wound black cotton round the reel and through the loops of the fishing rod, and attached a fly sticker.
A wonderful design and not at all difficult to make. Looks great when complete.
I printed this kit onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I scored, folded and cut (on the base) as required and assembled the card according to the instructions. I covered the tabs underneath by adding a white covering using a wet glue.
I then added all the decoupage and sentiments using foam pads. An extremely impressive card which is easy to make following Valerie's instructions and can be used for a variety of occasions.
