I printed the main card onto good quality smooth card and the insert and decoupage onto Crafty Bob's photo paper.

I cut, scored and folded the card and insert and added the insert using double sided tape to the back part only.

I added the plaque to the right side so as not to cover the design on the left side and I decoupaged the roses with sticky pads.

I added the sentiment to the left side and decoupaged the bow
