I printed the main card onto good quality smooth card and the insert and decoupage onto Crafty Bob's photo paper.

I scored and folded the card and insert and added the insert using a little double sided tape on the back part only.

I added the plaque and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added the plaque on the right side so that it did not cover the design on the left side.

I think this looks better than adding it to the right side for this particular design
