I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the design as instructed. I followed the instructions to assemble this gatefold card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added the butterflies using thin foam tape under one wing and a blob of silicone glue under the other to give more definition.
With this design I first printed the pages out onto white card, I then cut out all the elements, I first made up the main card, by scoring and folding the two sides, then using 2mm sticky pads I made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
