Happy Birthday, Get Well, For You are the 3 given sentiments.
There are 3 blank tags for you to use also.
Why not add a sentiment and add a blank for your own message.
This is a lovely card, nice and easy to make, but with its lovely floral basket decoupaged onto the 'diamond' top it will impress whoever receives it.
There is an option to put the fan and basket on seperately or put them on as one item. Or even use both!!!
