21st Birthday Guitars 4 x Fold Concertina Decoupage Card KitCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Age Cards
I printed the card base onto good quality white card and the decoupage onto photo paper. I cut out all the pieces, scored and folded ad instructed and added all the decoupage using foam pads. An extremely easy kit to put together but looks very impressive indeed.
