Exploding Verse - Christmas Candles
All cards in this series only have straight lines, so you can make a WOW factor card which is easy to cut out.
Full photographic instructions included in the kit. The verse pops out giving the recipient a nice surprise when the card is opened.
The verse reads;- It's Christmas, It's Christmas each merry bell chimes. A time for remembering old friends and old times. A time for warm greetings old ties to renew. And a time for good wishes to good folks like you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the pyramid and added the corners using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the candles and to the centre of the bows. I used 160gsm paper for the card middle and the octagon verse sheet and this worked well and also gave the explosion centre some strength.
I added the octagon pictures to each corner using double sided tape.
I attached the card middle and the explosion insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. A lovely card when finished and it really doesn?t take long to make. The explosion insert is a nice surprise when the card is opened.
