I printed the lid sheet and sheet 1 onto 220gsm card, the backing to sheet 1 onto 160gsm card and layers 2 & 3 onto 210gsm card.

After cutting out the elements and scoring and folding where directed, I used all purpose glue (for a strong bond) to assemble the lid.

I then assembled the layers of the box using a combination of DST and a wet glue pen, and added the decoupage elements using glue gel.

I added a greeting in the centre of the box and another on the lid, to which I added 2 pink self-adhesive pearls.
