I printed onto 250 gram smooth card and made up the easel with 2 simple folds. I added the topper, layers and decoupage using sticky pads. I printed my own greeting onto the blank stopper before printing out and added with thick sticky pads.

I added 3 cupcake embellishments to the base to finish off this lovely design
