I printed onto good quality smooth card, cut, scored and folded the base. I added all the pieces using sticky pads and slotted the tags into the pockets. I kept these so that they are removable.

I added a lilac bow to each tag and added pearls to the centre of each flower. I added flowers on the base. This is really effective and the removable tags make it that bit more interesting
