I printed onto good quality card, cut, scored and folded the base. I added the tags and other pieces and when I had the desired effect I attached them in place with sticky pads so that they did not come out.

I punched holes in the tags but did not add any ribbon this time (optional) these pocket easel kits are so effective and so easy to do.
