I printed the easel base onto 250gsm white card, the toppers and decoupage onto 200gsm photo paper, and the envelope onto 120gsm paper.

I scored, cut out and folded the base card and attached the main topper using dst.

I added the decoupage using foam pads before folding the easel 'stop', which is where this easel differs from any others I have made.

On the 'stop' there is a pop up mechanism for the cakes and crockery. Very ingenious it is too. To finish I just had to add stardust tickles to the bun tops - because that is how I like them in real life!!
