I printed out full size and mounted onto a large cream square scalloped edge card. I built the layers up and decoupaged the baubles and bow using sticky pads.

I added green and red tiny gems to the baubles and finished off with a fine gold elasticated bow to the spine.

I added the insert using double sided tape. This is a really stunning design and makes a beautiful (special) card
