I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and scored, as required, before cutting out. I attached the panels to each others using dst and wet glue. I cut the slits and then added the decoupage using foam pads. I attached the arches and the embellishments on the arches using wet glue.
A striking card that is not difficult to make and sure to impress.
