I fab set of 12 papers to add a rich, sumptuous background to any design. I selected the red one as the perfect backing for cup170963_874 (Valentine Envelope Heart Strings). The envelope with all of its decoupage was built with 2mm foam pads. I finished with peel-off flowers and sentiment.
