I mounted onto an 8 x 8 card trimmed slightly at the sides and with a punched border at the bottom and decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads.

I added a pearl flower to the centre of the bow and tied some pink ruffle ribbon round the spine threaded with pearls to keep the ruffles in place.

I finished off by adding the matching insert
